Removing a car from BidUSA.pl: how we do it

Updated:

Most of a BidUSA.pl removal is our work. Two parts need your attention: working out at which addresses BidUSA.pl shows your car, and checking at the end that neither the site nor Google still displays it. In between, we file the request, follow it up and confirm it.

1. Work out where BidUSA.pl shows your car

Start with search, because that is where other people come across the car:

  • The checker on this site. It looks the VIN up on BidUSA.pl and shows the page it finds and its position in Google. The same free check runs on cleanvinusa.com and in our Telegram bot, @Cleanvinusa_bot.
  • The VIN, limited to the site. Search Google for the number in quotes together with the site: operator, for example "1HGCM82633A004352" site:bidusa.pl. You will see only the BidUSA.pl pages that Google has indexed.
  • The same VIN without the operator. Check the ordinary results and the Images tab as well — photos are often indexed separately and can lead to other pages of the site.

Note every bidusa.pl address where you can see your car. A car’s page on www.bidusa.pl can have associated pages, and the order covers those too, so the list helps us at the start and you at the end. If you do not have the number to hand, the VIN is on the registration certificate (field E on a Polish one) and on the plate visible through the windscreen.

A word on our own research: in October 2026 we were not able to open bidusa.pl’s pages. What this guide says about the record comes from CleanVINUSA’s product description — BidUSA.pl keeps a database in which a VIN is linked to photos of the car and the price it was bought for.

2. What removal changes, and what it does not

The order asks one website to stop publishing your car’s record. When it goes through, the photos and the purchase price disappear from www.bidusa.pl together with the car’s page and its associated pages, and the car no longer appears on the site.

Everything recorded outside the site stays where it is. Vehicle registers, NMVTIS, insurers’ claim histories, the title brand and Carfax or AutoCheck reports work independently of BidUSA.pl, so a report bought for the VIN afterwards looks exactly the same. Other websites that show the same car are not part of this order either.

3. Order, and give the VIN in both places

Order from the checker or the button on this page; checkout is on cleanvinusa.com. The VIN is how the right page is identified, and the store asks for it twice: in the order details and in the order information. The checker attaches it for you; if you order another way, fill in both. Paste the bidusa.pl addresses you noted, too.

Removal from BidUSA.pl costs $40, paid by card, PayPal or USDT. Questions before you pay? Write to office@cleanvinusa.com, or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, and include the VIN.

4. What we do once you have ordered

  • We file the request with BidUSA.pl for the car’s page and its associated pages.
  • We follow it up until the car no longer appears on the site. If BidUSA.pl asks for proof of ownership, we tell you what it needs.
  • We confirm once the selected pages have been processed.

The promised time is 12–24 hours, and orders are accepted around the clock, weekends included. During Google updates or technical problems on the servers, it can take 1–2 days longer.

One thing is particular to BidUSA.pl: the photos can stay visible for up to 3 days after the page itself is removed, until their copies expire. A picture you still see during that time does not mean the order has failed.

5. Google afterwards

Google does not know straight away that the page is gone, and it may show the old title and snippet for a few days. Once the page has been removed, we ask Google to drop the old result for eligible links. Results usually catch up 1–2 days after the page disappears; image results can take a little longer, and nobody controls Google’s exact timing.

6. Check that everything is gone

After our confirmation, open the addresses you noted in step 1. A few days later, repeat the "VIN" site:bidusa.pl search and an ordinary VIN search, Images included. If an address still shows the car once the 3-day photo window has passed, write to us with the VIN and the link. Keep our confirmation with the car’s papers.

The removed record stays removed. A new listing later — after the car goes through another sale, for example — is a new case and a new order, and other websites can show the same car. Before you sell the car, run the free check again.

Frequently asked questions

The page is gone from bidusa.pl, but Google still shows it. What now?

Give it 1–2 days — that is how long Google usually needs to notice the change. We ask Google to drop the old result for eligible links; if it stays much longer than that, send us the link with the VIN.

Can I order removal of just a photo, or just the price?

The standard order covers the car’s whole record on BidUSA.pl — photos and purchase price together. If you need something narrower, ask before ordering.

Why does the store ask for the VIN in two places?

So that the request is matched to the right car — without the VIN, the right page on BidUSA.pl cannot be identified. The checker fills it in for you; if you order another way, enter it in both the order details and the order information.
